Refund policy

At Viraa Professional, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide premium-quality nail products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to the nature of beauty and nail care products, opened, used, or tested items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete.

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing the order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Requests made after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted. Products eligible for return or exchange must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

Products purchased during sale offers, promotional discounts, or clearance sales are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a wrong or defective item has been delivered. Viraa Professional reserves the right to inspect and verify all return or exchange requests before approval.

Once a request is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Refunds are provided only in situations where replacement or exchange is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, and processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, product selections, and shipping information before placing an order.

Viraa Professional reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases involving misuse of products, physical damage after delivery, tampering, or policy abuse. Final decisions regarding all requests will be made solely by Viraa Professional.
