Nail Academy Supplies
Student kits, practice tools and classroom equipment for nail courses.
A nail academy buys in batches. Every new intake needs the same kit in the same quantity, on a date, and the classroom needs equipment that survives twenty students sharing it. This page is for the person who orders for a course: what goes into a student kit, what the classroom needs, and how to get a per-student list for your syllabus.
- Kits to build from, for gel polish courses and for extension courses.
- Practice tools, so students learn on a stand and tips before they touch a client.
- A per-student list for your course, put together from the class size and what the course covers.

Planning a student kit
Build the kit in the order the course teaches
A kit that matches the syllabus is easier to teach from and less likely to leave a student with products they never use. Most courses move through the same stages, and the kit can follow them.
1. Foundations: prep and gel polish
Files, a buffer, a dehydrator, a primer, a base coat, a handful of colours and a top coat, with a lamp. The Gel Essentials Kit is a boxed version of exactly this, lamp included. The prep system explains each step, and nail prep explained is useful reading for the first week.
2. Extensions: tips and building gel
Tips, glue, a cutter and a building gel. The Beginner Bundle is made for a first extension course, and the Polygel Nail Extension Kit and All In One Complete Nail Kit suit a course built around polygel. The extension products are in polygel, builder gel and BIAB and nail tips and tip cutters. For students choosing a system, builder gel vs polygel sets out the difference, and the tips guide covers sizing and application.
3. Nail art
A brush set, effect gels and a top coat to seal them. The 10-piece nail art set and the nail art brushes cover liners and gradients, and cat eye and chrome are the effects students most want to learn. The cat eye guide is a good first exercise.
4. Advanced: the drill
Electric files are taught last, and only on practice tools first. Drill bits explained covers shapes, grit and safe use, and the drill machines include cordless and combination units.
The classroom
Plan on a curing lamp for every practice station, and practice stands so no student practises on a classmate before they are ready. Dust control matters in a room that files all day; see choosing a nail dust collector.
What to tell us
The size of the class, the modules the course covers, how often an intake starts, and your city. We will put together a per-student kit list from that, and confirm pricing and minimums for your batch size. If an advanced module is taught on a drill, say so, and we will include the bits.
